Do you know someone who works at home? These are the people who do their daily grind at their residence. Some examples are homemakers, telecommuters, and freelancers. They do not (or seldom) leave their homes to work, since the work they need to do can be actually done there (or in the case of the homemaker, the home *is* the work).
So how exactly are Work-at-Home people different from the usual 9-to-5 worker stereotype? These are probably the usual misconceptions:

Being deprived of a good night’s sleep would almost always result in lack of productivity. And lack of productivity means not being able to get things done. One way to refresh your mind (a.k.a. mental reboot) is to take a midday nap.

One common (but inaccurate) belief about tea is that it dehydrates. This is false, according to the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The truth is that tea not only rehydrates as well as water, but it can also protect against heart disease and some cancers.
